Exchange and Return Policy

At HRevive, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We believe that your shopping experience should be smooth and secure, so we have created a clear and flexible return policy to suit your needs.

General Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition with complete packaging.
• Products that have been opened, used, or lack the original packaging are not eligible for return.
• Haircare and beauty products are only returnable in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• If the order is canceled before it has been shipped, the customer is entitled to a full refund. If the order has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, and only the value of the products will be refunded once we receive them in good condition.

Return Request Procedure

1. Please contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp to submit a return request.
2. The case will be reviewed to ensure it meets the return conditions.
3. If approved, we will arrange the product pickup from the customer.
4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

• Products that have been used or opened.
• Products purchased during special offers or sales.
• Personal products such as cosmetics and skincare items.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
• If payment was made by credit card or e-wallet, the refund posting time to your account may vary depending on your bank.

• Please keep your order number and purchase invoice to facilitate the process.
• In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
